Mercedes-Benz is set to launch its next-generation, all-electric C-Class electric vehicle (EV) in 2025, which will be available in both standard and AMG versions, according to SEMA News sources.
The electric Mercedes C-Class boasts an aerodynamic design with distinctive LED lighting elements, a sculpted front grille and a futuristic silhouette, marking a departure from conventional combustion engine designs. The AMG version adds larger air intakes and flaps at the front, drilled rotors, a stiffer suspension with a lower ride, a wider body and a tiny spoiler atop the trunk lid.
Powered by advanced electric drivetrain technology, the AMG C-Class EV's electric powertrain delivers instant torque, enabling rapid acceleration and a silent driving experience.
The electric sedan incorporates eco-friendly materials in its interior design. The cabin features responsibly sourced wood accents, recycled textiles and environmentally conscious materials.
It will also be equipped with the latest generation of the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment system. A large touchscreen interface, voice controls and smartphone integration provide a user-friendly driving experience. Additionally, the car includes advanced driver-assistance features, including autonomous driving capabilities.
