It is recommended that international visitors go to the closest United States embassy's website for local procedures and instructions, such as how to make an interview appointment. Those who need a visa are strongly advised to schedule an appointment as soon as possible with the nearest United States embassy or consulate to obtain a B-1 visa (temporary business visitor).

Please bring your Letter of Invitation with you to your interview. Wait times for interviews at United States embassies can take up to six months in some countries. For current visa wait times for United States consulates throughout the world, click here. For more information about the Shows, please visit either SEMAShow.com or AAPEXShow.com.
