Prior to the new year, the SEMA Board of Directors approved a motion to
decrease the size of the Board. The bylaw revision initiative reflects

SEMA hosts 10 distinct councils and committees that represent
focused niches within the specialty-equipment industry. These groups
are comprised of elected volunteers (Select Committee) who guide and
direct council activities while representing the membership at large.
Although each council acts independently and represents a different
segment, they are all focused on the betterment of the industry as a
whole.
Nominations for the 2012 SEMA Board of
Directors are due Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
Please take a moment to tell us about whom you would recommend as a potential nominee for a Board member position.
The benefits of SEMA membership are plenty. Business Resources and Solutions, Market Research, Educational and Training Programs, World-Class Trade Shows, Industry Communications, OEM Relations, GovernmentAffairs, and International Relations to name just a few.
