-- Manual Helps Exhibitors Meet Deadlines, Save Money --
Diamond Bar, Calif. (May 15, 2013) - Exhibitors of 2013 SEMA Show can begin planning and preparing their booths through the use of the Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM), located at www.SEMAShow.com/esm. Filled with more than 100 useful forms and documents, the ESM includes a budget checklist, contact information, details about staff registration, hotels, parking, order forms, deadlines and more.
"We recommend that all exhibitors make time to review and familiarize themselves with the ESM," said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA VP of events and communications. "An investment of 15-20 minutes just to get acquainted with what's included in the ESM will prove valuable."
In addition to order forms for items such as carpet, signs, electrical and labor, the ESM helps exhibitors learn about money-saving programs and marketing opportunities. Resources provided in the ESM include:
- First-Timer Cheat Sheet: The one-page sheet lists frequently rented booth items to help new, as well as returning, exhibitors quickly see what they may need, along with prices and advance, cost-saving deadlines.
- Contact Information: Names, email addresses and phone numbers for key SEMA staff members and contractors are available.
- Freight Services - Getting to the Show: Details regarding the different shipping options are outlined. New this year: Exhibitors with 400 square-feet or less of exhibit space will receive their first 500 lbs. of freight delivered to their booth free, regardless of how it arrives to the Show; those with 500 square-feet or more will receive a 35 percent discount on carpet as well as free carpet padding on Freeman-ordered carpet. Complete details are included in the ESM.
The 2013 SEMA Show takes place Tuesday-Friday, November 5-8, in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 2,400 exhibiting companies, and more than 130,000 industry professionals from throughout the world, are expected at the event. Manufacturers interested in exhibiting may do so by visiting www.SEMAShow.com/buyabooth. Industry professionals can register to attend at www.SEMAShow.com/register.
