A Message From TIA Executive Vice President
It is with great pride and pleasure that I welcome you, on behalf of the Tire Industry Association (TIA), to the 2015 Global Tire Expo (GTE)—Powered by TIA. You have traveled from near and far to a world-class show that is unmatched in the industry. Our valuable partner SEMA has worked tirelessly to ensure that this year’s Show will be the most successful to date. From discovering new products to networking, I hope that you will take advantage of all the opportunities that GTE has to offer.
I encourage you to attend TIA’s popular educational sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday where the industry’s top experts will present on topics such as TPMS, Road Service Safety for Truck Tires and more. We are excited to partner with SEMA on a Women Driven session this year, “Women in Business: Shattering the Glass Ceiling.”
Additionally, TIA and the Tire Retread & Repair Information Bureau (TRIB) will host the Global Retread Symposium on Wednesday, November 4, from 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Retread industry leaders from around the world will gather to discuss retread issues that cross international boundaries and impact the industry as a whole. If you are in the retread segment of the industry, we hope you will attend.
I invite you to stop by the TIA booth #40069 in the Lower South Hall, visit with our staff, learn about our training programs, and meet with some of our member benefit partners, including:
- Altus Global Trade Solutions (collection services)
- Federated Insurance (business insurance)
- HotRod Processing (credit card processing)
Each of our partners offers exclusive savings to TIA members that can help improve your business’ bottom line. Whether you are an exhibitor or attendee, your support of the Global Tire Expo and TIA helps keep our industry strong.
I thank you for being here and hope you enjoy the Expo and your stay in Las Vegas!
Sincerely,
Roy Littlefield
