Buyers: Tips To Streamline SEMA Show Registration

	Buyer registration for the 2015 SEMA Show is open and available online.

Buyer registration for the 2015 SEMA Show, November 3–6 in Las Vegas, is open and available at www.SEMAShow.com/register. Distributors, retailers, installers and buyers are encouraged to refer to these simple tips to help ensure a fast and efficient registration process for the annual trade show.

Be Prepared: Have two different forms of qualifying materials on hand showing that you work for an auto-related company to complete registration. They may include a business card, a business license, a business photo ID, a tax registration certificate, invoices from automotive companies doing business with your company or two recent paycheck stubs.

Register Now: Attendees who register now benefit by paying the advance rate of $25 and will have badges sent in the mail prior to the Show.

Finish the Entire Registration Process: When the process is complete, a confirmation e-mail is sent confirming that the registration was received. Qualifying materials can be added to the application after confirmation is received. Attendees who don’t complete the entire process will receive an e-mail indicating they have a “partial registration.” Partial registrations cannot add qualifying materials and are not able to officially register.

A confirmation e-mail simply notes that the application was received. The application still requires 10 to 15 business days to be processed.

Celebrate With Leaders and Legends—SEMA Installation Gala, July 24

The annual Installation Gala is an incredible opportunity to connect with industry friends, legends and colleagues.

Join friends and colleagues for the SEMA Installation Gala—a special evening dedicated to the specialty-equipment industry’s pioneers and dedicated volunteers—with the 2015 SEMA Hall of Fame honorees as well as the association’s incoming and outgoing SEMA Board members.

Themed “Leaders and Legends,” the 2015 SEMA Installation Gala will feature up-and-coming industry leaders and esteemed icons from the automotive accessories world. The celebration will include a cocktail reception beginning at 6:00 p.m., where the SEMA Pinewood Drag Races will take place, and dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m.

The Pinewood Drag Races, which feature more than 200 gravity-powered toy cars made from blocks of wood, plastic wheels and metal axles, is a fundraiser for SEMA Cares—an industry group that supports various children’s charities.

The 2015 SEMA Installation Gala is scheduled for Friday, July 24, at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. All SEMA-member companies are invited to join the festivities, but seats are limited. Register for the event at www.sema.org/gala.
