Collector Car Appreciation Day Makes Headlines
Americans celebrated the third annual Collector Car Appreciation Day throughout the country last July. From car clubs and businesses to SEMA and its members, the country came together to recognize the automobile’s contribution to America’s heritage. Winnipeg Sun Proving that the automotive hobby extends beyond U.S. borders, Canada’s Manitoba Association of Auto Clubs hosted one of the larger celebrations that took place. With more than 300 vehicles participating in 2011, it was no surprise that the group attracted the attention of the media and got some great pre-event publicity.
