Located in the South Hall, the New Products Showcase displays more than 1,500 of the latest performance products and appearance accessories representing all product categories. The SEMA Show is all about the products, and one of the best ways to find the most innovative among them is the New Products Showcase. Each exhibit case presents new parts, packaging and merchandising to industry buyers and media, providing exhibitors with invaluable exposure both during and after the Show. Photographs of every entry are featured in multiple issues of SEMA News and

The 2010 SEMA Show features both the Global Tire Expo—Powered by the Tire Industry Association (TIA) and the new Wheels & Accessories Show sections. The new Expo will be open to all segments of the tire industry, including automotive, commercial, retreading, recycling and more.
To reinforce the “tires-only” focus, the Expo will have its own branding, entrance units and color scheme.
The Expo will also include expanded educational tracks targeted to the tire market. The tracks are TPMS at 10, Truck Tires at 10, Tires at 2 and Management at 4.
Each track will feature a session relevant to tire dealers every day of the Show and will be led by knowledgeable experts in the tire industry. One of the Tires at 2 sessions will reprise TIA’s “Successful Tire Dealers Share Their Secrets.” The educational sessions will be located in the Skybridge between the Central and South Halls.
New Educational Series and Workshops
There are more than 70 free educational sessions at the 2010 SEMA Show. Tracks include Technology Briefing SuperSessions; Business Efficiency 101; Customer Service & Sales Solutions; Industry Trends & Forecasts; Marketing; Online Marketing; and Small-Business Management.

Dealer Day 2010 focuses on the three key components of a successful accessory program and is tailored to providing dealers with the insight and know-how to reach their goals through vehicle customization. This year’s Dealer Day will focus on accessory integration, sales and profit, and it will also provide participants with a “how-to” manual that outlines best practices and guidelines for dealer accessory programs.
There are three more tracks targeted at powersports, the vehicle-repair segment and online marketing. Powersports Dealer Update Workshops include eight workshops covering essential parts and accessories, finance and insurance, sales, service and dealer management topics for powersports dealers. SCRS Repairer Driven Education is comprised of 21 seminars focused on issues and information that are relevant to collision-repair professionals. The Online Marketing Conference offers a Fundamentals Track (for beginners) and an Intermediate/Advanced Track (for veterans), each of which features subject-matter experts in all fields of online marketing.

The Association Center
SEMA is more than the SEMA Show alone. The association also offers business insurance, freight-savings, consumer credit programs and research programs regarding both domestic and international markets and products. There is also legislative advocacy, career development and training, employee recruitment, industry news, international relations and technology transfer programs that provide CAD and other design data directly from the manufacturers. Members may also take advantage of SEMA’s myriad networking events. Stop by the Association Center in the Grand Lobby (just outside the North Hall) at this year’s SEMA Show to discover everything there is to know about membership in the association.
