Wheel and Tire Retailers Take the 2009 SEMA Show by Storm
Thousands of buyers from the tire and wheel market spent a portion of their 2009 SEMA Show week scanning bar codes from the New Products Showcase and visiting exhibitor booths to identify the next must-have tire and wheel gear for their local markets. In reviewing the data from all the scans at booths and the New Product Showcase, a select group of extremely energetic registered buyers emerged as the most active retailers in their market. In addition to their Show attendance, many of the most engaged attendees are SEMA members, which further represents their commitment to the entire specialty-equipment market. Companies also distinguished themselves from the crowd when the number of their attending employee’s scans was combined with the size (number of outlets) and annual sales data of their company. The following represents 100 retailers who have remained resilient during a struggling economy, each with employees that proudly represented their companies by tracking down the latest and greatest by thoroughly exploring, and scanning, everything wheel and tire related at the 2009 SEMA Show.
