SEMA: What is the best advice you have ever received?
Robert Fisher: The best advice I have ever received is to only worry about that which you can control. In both my professional and personal life, this has always helped me stay on track and not get hung up on small stuff.
SEMA: What keeps you in the industry?
RF: Whether it be a bike, car or motorcycle, I’m a junkie for anything with wheels. Being outside of the industry has always been out of the question.
SEMA: Where can you be found on a Saturday?
RF: Riding BMX or trying to save money so I can turn my Tacoma into an overlander.
SEMA: How do you prepare for an important meeting?
RF: I try not to over prepare. It is definitely important to do some pre-meeting planning, but I think the most productive meetings happen when ideas flow freely and there are no barriers.
SEMA: If you could go to lunch with one industry leader, living or dead, who it would be?
RF: Travis Pastrana because I have always been amazed by how he has become a legend in many different areas of motorsports.
