Accounting/Finance Assistant
Turbosmart USA LLC is hiring an accounting/finance assistant to help oversee the functions of the finance department for two organizations. Responsibilities include entering financial data into the system, verifying freight costs, processing vendor payments, creating invoices, sending customers their statements, creating reports as required and assisting the finance manager with end-of-month close as well as other adhoc tasks. Candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong data management skills and the ability to prioritize workload. A high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least one to two years’ experience in a similar role are required.

This position will utilize knowledge of engineering principles, material sciences, fluid dynamics and analysis to develop practical solutions for both custom and standard product applications which meet durability, performance and cost targets. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field of study and proficiency in CAD software are required.
