The I-CAR RTS Portal is a new SEMA Tech Transfer member resource to assist with awareness of the different onboard vehicle safety systems when designing new aftermarket products. This is important to any vehicle accessory manufacturer because the systems, functions, nomenclature and locations differ by vehicle/OEM.
The I-CAR RTS Portal is offered as a complimentary benefit to SEMA Tech Transfer members providing immediate access to:
- Onboard ADAS options by year, make and model.
- System locations and types (camera or sensor).
- Calibration requirements.
- OEM and I-CAR standardized feature nomenclature.
If you’re already a SEMA Tech Transfer member, log into the Tech Transfer Portal and then click the “I-CAR” button to get immediate access to the I-CAR RTS Portal. If you aren’t a Tech Transfer member, contact techtransfer@sema.org or call 909-978-6732 to join.
