This position will be responsible for resolving any emerging day-to-day issues in an efficient professional manner and providing tactical solutions to problems that require additional service needs and updating staff accordingly. This employee will provide superior customer service etiquette and maintain a high level of professionalism with a sales mindset to grow client relationships. Candidates must have prior experience working with inbound sales and customer service in the automotive and/or automotive aftermarket field, previous experience with customer relationship management software and inbound sales and customer service support or retail sales experience.

Holley Performance Products Inc. is hiring a web marketing specialist responsible for assisting in design, layout and implantation of Holley’s website user experiences; aiding in conceptualizing the website’s design ideas based on UI/UX best practices, assisting in creating wireframe mockups, landing pages and optimizing digital properties for maximum performance, scalability and responsiveness. This role will also assist with new online features and content change requests from internal business stakeholders, conversion improvements, rich media tools and applications, web and mobile site analytics and reporting and the project management of new internet marketing projects to benefit Holley’s business.
