A resolution (S.C.R. 108) offered in Hawaii advocating for the construction of a new race-track facility on the island of Oahu passed the House Committee on Water, Land and Hawaiian Affairs and now awaits consideration in the House Judiciary Committee. The Hawaiian racing community lost motorsports facilities on Oahu more than a decade ago.
