Legislation (H.B. 207) introduced in the Utah House of Representatives to require the issuance of only a single, rear-mounted license plate for all motor vehicles failed to pass as the legislature adjourned for the year. The bill passed the House but failed to receive consideration in the Senate Transportation Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology Committee.
