Based heavily on the Holden Commodore and built in Australia, the U.S. version—named SS—will arrive for the ’14 model year.
V8-powered, rear-wheel drive and riding on the Zeta platform, the new SS is already the talk of all the blogs and forums, according to Brenda Priddy & Co. Our photos, unlike ones in the past, show a tad more of the grille, as well as large Brembo brakes.
An official debut isn’t expected until early next year.
