• Paul Russell and Co. located in Massachusetts is hiring a panel beater/fabricator with varied experience. Skills required are fabrication and fitting of complete body and repair panels; reshaping and repairing existing panels; lead work and panel gapping; fabrication of small body parts, such as grilles, trim work and window frames; and the remanufacturing of mechanical parts, such as exhaust headers and suspension parts.
• RMS Finishing is looking for a chrome plating manager for its Chino, California, facility. Candidates must have: basic accounting knowledge and an understanding of budgets; purchasing and inventory control experience; knowledge in the plating operation process of copper, nickel and chrome; basic knowledge in chemistry; basic trouble-shooting skills; administration and personnel training experience; and safety and environmental-loss control experience.
• A public-relations agency is hiring an account executive to join its northeast Ohio-based firm and serve as the main point person for up to six accounts. Candidates must have three to five years of PR experience and strong written/oral communication skills and be a quick learner. A bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or journalism is required.
• MSX International in New York is hiring a sales coaching consultant to support its OEM client with a dealership sales process improvement program. The consultant will manage the relationship between MSXI and the OEM dealer participation based on geographical areas assigned. The consultant will act as a third-party consultant/coach conducting dealership root cause analysis and providing sales coaching in opportunistic areas. The successful candidate must have at least five years of automotive dealership operations experience in a management capacity and experience in preparing and presenting detailed reports to management. Travel is required.
