All Gran Turismo Awards entries must be submitted by Friday, October 29, 2010. Click here for a chance to make company history if your vehicle is on display at the 2010 SEMA Show.
Now in its eighth year, Gran Turismo Awards recognize the best vehicles on display at the SEMA Show in five different categories. The culmination of the awards is the “Best in Show” vehicle, which is personally selected from the category winners by Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi and announced at the Gran Turismo Awards ceremony. The winning Best in Show vehicle will join the group of previous winning vehicles that have been enshrined in the driving simulator as a playable part of a future Gran Turismo release.
Categories include:
• Best Hot Rod
• Best Asian Import
• Best European Import
• Best Domestic Automobile
• Best Truck/SUV
The Gran Turismo Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 3, at The Joint, located at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. After the “Best in Show” announcement, the band Thirty Seconds to Mars will perform for all those in attendance. Anyone holding a SEMA badge will be allowed entry to the “Best in Show” announcement and free concert.
