Additional Hotels Drop Rates for SEMA Show Attendees

The Signature at MGM, Las Vegas
The Signature at MGM Grand is the latest hotel offering reduced rates to guests booking in the 2010 SEMA Show official room block.

SEMA continues to negotiate Las Vegas hotel rates for the 2010 SEMA Show, an effort that now includes the Signature at MGM Grand, which has reduced an already-discounted rate for attendees booking in the official SEMA housing block.

The Signature at MGM Grand is a unique Las Vegas property, originally conceived as a condominium project that would allow residents to live on the Strip, without having to navigate a casino on the way home. MGM converted most of the condos to hotel suites upon opening, however, while striving to maintain the high levels of service and comfort intended. The Signature at MGM Grand provides a private entrance away from the main resort, while only a short walk to the adjacent MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

As long as rooms are available, the Signature at MGM Grand’s rate through August 31 is $129 per night. Additionally, the hotel is waiving its resort fee for guests booking in the SEMA block. After the August 31 deadline, rates increase to $139 per night, and a $20 resort fee per night reinstituted. SEMA will continue to update attendees of rate changes in the Show’s official hotel block, and any reductions made to rates are retroactive to anyone already booked into the hotel. You can’t lose if you take advantage of the early-bird rates now!
