eBay Motors has signed on again as a primary sponsor of the 2010 SEMA Pinewood Drag Races.
eBay Motors has again paved the way for this summer’s charitable giving, returning as a presenting sponsor for the third-annual SEMA Pinewood Drag Races, July 24, in Pasadena, California. Proceeds from the Pinewood Drag Races benefit Childhelp, an organization that aids abused and neglected children, and Victory Junction Gang Camp, which provides life-changing camping experiences to disabled and chronically ill children.

"eBay Motors enjoys a wonderful relationship with SEMA and its charities," says Famous Rhodes, director of eBay Motors. "This represents the second year that eBay Motors and the SEMA team are working together to help raise funds for two important children’s charities. Please join us in Pasadena to support these incredible causes."

The Pinewood Drag Races is just one of SEMA’s summer charity events, which also include the Show ‘N Shine car show and Installation Banquet & Gala Fundraiser. Held in conjunction with Leadership Days, the drags bring together top industry executives, designers, builders and business owners to compete for bragging rights and noble causes.

"I'm very excited to have eBay Motors returning as the sponsor of the 2010 SEMA Pinewood Drag Races," says Joel Ayres, chairman of the SEMA Cares committee. "The eBay team not only was our major sponsor in 2009, but they also had a car in the pinewood drag finals. We're fortunate to have them as a partner in our effort to make the lives of children a little better."
