The Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum is seeking vehicles to display in the Thunder Alley exhibit at the Los Angeles County Fair. The display space is free and can be manned or free-standing, but vehicles will have to remain outside. Vehicles will be roped off and security guards provided.
The L.A. County Fair, which draws 1.4 million visitors, is dark on Monday and Tuesday, the only two days on which cars may be moved in and out. All transportation costs, signage, etc., are the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Pomona Fairplex will provide chains, stanchions and a limited number of tickets for exhibiting companies.
Thunder Alley will be between the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum and Building 4 of the Pomona Fairplex.
Move-in is September 2–3. Move-out is October 5.
