Movers & Shakers: Mark Storm Joins AutoTrader Classics; DiamondBack's Nathan Yocum; Keystone Hosts West Coast Big Show; and More

Mark Storm has joined AutoTrader Classics Publishing as national account executive. He will be a representative for national auto and auto aftermarket accounts in developing long-term, strategic advertising plans for print and online. Storm was formerly with Transmission Technologies Corporation and spent nine years as Midwest account manager for Auto Week magazine.

Beck/Arnley promoted Chad Horton to IT liaison where he will work with sales and operations, handle requests from management and work on special projects. The company also named Rick Farley Marketing Inc. as its new sales representative agency for the states of Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

The 2009 Keystone West Coast Big Show took place February 8 at the Keystone branch in Corona, California. The annual show featured more than 160 vendors, a series of business seminars, warehouse tours, show vehicles and more. Two-time NHRA world champion Funny Car driver Cruz Pedregon was named the Grand Marshal of the 51st March Meet, set for March 6–8 at the Auto Club Famoso Raceway. The March Meet includes a hot-rod car show, swap meet, a vendors’ midway and is also the first race of the Hot Rod Heritage Series, the NHRA’s eight-race nostalgia racing series. NHRA Funny Car driver Cruz Pedregon, Grand Marshal of the 51st NHRA March Meet.

DiamondBack Truck Covers hired Nathan Yocum as its new marketing manager. He is the main media contact for editorial requests, installation and technical questions, company and product news. Brian Kubinski's No. 12 C6 Chevrolet Corvette  

After a complete rebuild of its Corvette after a trailer fire last year, CRP Racing announced that Brian Kubinski will drive the No. 12 C6 Chevrolet Corvette in the 2009 SCCA Pro Racing SPEED World Challenge GT Toyo Tires season opener in Sebring, Florida, on March 20. CRP Racing is owned by Nicholas Short and based in Harrisburg, North Carolina.
