EXHIBITORS—NO HANDLING CHARGE FOR UP TO 1,000 LBS. OF TOTAL FREIGHT

As part of SEMA’s ongoing efforts to accommodate members with growing economic concerns, there will be no rise in drayage (material handling assistance) costs from the previous year for the 2008 SEMA Show.

If an exhibitor's total freight is 1,000 lbs. or less, can be delivered on a cart to the booth and arrives in a privately owned or rented vehicle, i.e. car, half-ton pickup or minivan, SEMA has made arrangements with Freeman to deliver the freight to the company's booth at no charge. This service is available 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and 8:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on Monday of the Show week. Smaller exhibitors should especially take advantage of this incentive.

Exhibitors may also hand-carry up to 1,000 lbs. of freight to their booths without any cost on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. All freight that is not hand carried will be moved by Freeman to your company's booth at a charge.
