SEMA is currently looking for Southern California-based member companies to donate the use of their vehicles for a new public service announcement (PSA) promoting the Racers Against Street Racing (RASR) program. We are looking for high-performance sport-compact vehicles, musclecars or any street vehicle with high-performance or racing modifications.
SEMA will select two or three companies for this opportunity on a first-come, first-served basis. The chosen vehicles will be featured in a racing scenario in the PSA video at a sanctioned dragstrip in Southern California. The goal and purpose of this PSA video is to promote safe and legal alternatives to illegal street racing on a national level.
RASR is a coalition of auto manufacturers, specialty-equipment companies, professional drag racers, sanctioning bodies, race tracks and automotive magazines devoted to educating and promoting safe and legal forms of automotive racing in a controlled environment.
