Arrow Speed Warehouse announced that Rob Eberhart was named national director, Specialty Parts Network and will be assuming full responsibility for the company’s new jobber marketing program launching in January.
Grant Brothers Sales Ltd. hired David Allan as district manager. Allan will be responsible for the sales of the company’s automotive and heavy-duty lines in the Manitoba, Northern Ontario and Southern Saskatchewan regions.

Tenneco elected Dennis Letham to its board of directors. Letham is executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer of Anixter International Inc., a $5.5 billion global distributor of communications products and components for original equipment manufacturers. He has more than 17 years experience as a chief financial officer and has over seen all of Anixter International's finance, accounting, tax and internal audit activities in the 49 countries for the past 12 years.
SKF appointed Don McEntee to vice president of marketing for its Vehicle Service Market (VSM), North America Business Unit. McEntee will manage an expanded marketing organization that includes cataloging, communications, marketing, pricing, product management, program distribution and sales administration. McEntee, previously director of sales for the U.S. Automotive Aftermarket of SKF VSM, will continue to work from SKF’s Elgin, Illinois, office.
Northwood University will honor seven automotive aftermarket leaders with its annual Automotive Aftermarket Education Award on Tuesday, October 30, at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. The award recognizes leaders for their contributions to the educational process in the automotive aftermarket field and was created to ensure that these individuals receive national recognition for their efforts to improve education inside and outside the industry. Those being honored are: Matt Agosta, president/CEO, Steele Rubber Products Inc.; Michael Howarth, senior vice president, KYB America LLC; Timothy Kraus, president and COO, Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association; E. Fletcher Lord Jr., president/CEO, Parts Warehouse Inc.; Francisco Ordoñez, president, Delphi Product & Service Solutions, Delphi Corporation; Joseph Pomaranski, vice president sales, North American Aftermarket, Tenneco; and Donald Reimondo, senior vice president, customer relationship management, Affinia Group Inc.
