The SEMA Cross-Council Mixer at King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, California in February featured valuable connections and conversations between members of SEMA’s councils and networks, SEMA staff, and various off-road associations.
Guests enjoyed food and drink while hearing from representatives from TreadLightly!, the Off-Road Business Association (ORBA), and the California Off-Road Vehicle Association (CORVA). These organizations thanked King of the Hammers and SEMA/TORA for advocating for the off-road segment, specifically when it comes to land use so that industry pros and enthusiasts can continue to do what they love.
Eric Snyder from SEMA Government Affairs also discussed key advocacy efforts that his team is working on, specifically those that impact the truck and off-road segment, such as Save our Trails and land stewardship.
Additionally, TORA gives a big shoutout to Rory Connell from King of the Hammers for his instrumental support in making the mixer a success!
TORA extends its gratitude to all the members who attended and contributed to another successful networking event. We look forward to seeing you again at KOH next year!
