Hosted by SBN, this three-day program includes presentations and workshops from top speakers and experts and is designed to help women in the automotive aftermarket industry advance in their careers. Participants will enhance their leadership skills, connect with women who face similar challenges, and emerge empowered to create a realistic agenda for change in their lives and companies. TORA member company employees pay only $599 compared to the original non-member price of $799. SBN membership is open at no cost to all women employees from TORA member companies.

FLN Professional Development Program – May 11-12, 2023, SEMA Garage, Detroit, MI
Open to member company employees aged 39 and under
Hosted by FLN in partnership with the world-renown Dale Carnegie Training, this two-day program focuses on improving individual and business performance. Participants will develop leadership and communication skills and the gain confidence needed to build relationships and drive results in their own companies. TORA member employees who are FLN members only pay $800 (half of Dale Carnegie's regular $1,600) fee and receive complimentary meals and hotel accommodations for three nights. Any TORA member company employee aged 39 and under can apply for FLN membership at no cost.
