This seminar will explore the intricacies of effective delegation, including understanding what tasks to delegate, choosing the right individuals, setting clear expectations, and fostering trust and accountability. Dr. Jenna Sage, an educator, author, and wellness specialist with 25 years of experience in public and higher education, will provide insights into organizational wellness and leadership.
