Coming Soon: FLN Lunch & Learn Webinar Series

The SEMA Businesswomen's Network (SBN) 2025 Virtual Education series aims to support career growth through a unique blend of professional development and allyship. The series, designed to foster skills for early-career professionals and seasoned managers alike, will cover vital topics for those looking to enhance their leadership and inclusivity.

Professional Development Series
One session will focus on the art of delegation, a key skill that enables managers to align tasks with their team’s strengths and create growth opportunities for team members. Effective delegation not only boosts productivity but also empowers managers to prioritize high-impact responsibilities.

Another essential area covered is constructive feedback—how to both give and receive it to continuously improve and build positive working relationships.

Additionally, a session on self-branding will guide participants on effectively presenting their skills and value, whether in job interviews, performance reviews, or other career advancement situations.

Allyship Series
The Ally Series will emphasize creating inclusive workplaces, starting from the job search and interview stages. A panel of professionals will share insights on choosing companies with a culture of allyship and identifying mentors and allies from day one.

Further sessions are designed to help HR professionals and leaders foster allyship through everyday interactions, organically embedding inclusivity into company culture. Finally, attendees will explore ways to support diversity in STEM careers by engaging with students and creating more accessible pathways to these fields.

Keep an eye out for registration opening soon and join us to grow your leadership skills, learn effective ways to foster allyship, and become a part of an inclusive professional community.
