The SEMA Professional Restylers Organization (PRO) has showcased the creativity, craftsmanship, and passion that drives the automotive customization industry through its PRO Cup Challenge since 2019.

Held at the SEMA Show, the PRO Cup Challenge has become a prestigious platform for automotive restylers to showcase their most innovative work. By creating an accessory package for a new-model vehicle and displaying it in the PRO Booth, participants gain recognition, build connections with industry leaders, and elevate their brand.

The 2024 SEMA PRO Cup Challenge exceeded all expectations for innovation, featuring builds from Classic Soft Trim Pittsburgh (‘24 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid), Auto Trim Restyling (‘24 Toyota Land Cruiser LC250), Automotive Concepts (‘24 Chevrolet Silverado WT), Auto Trim Design (‘24 Hyundai Santa Fe), MARS of Billings (‘24 Ford Bronco), and Keystone Styling (‘24 Ford F-150).

Classic Soft Trim Pittsburgh took home the glory, winning the competition for its overland-themed build branded Northern Lights, which judges selected for its marketability, ease of replication, creativity, and profitability. Auto Trim Restyling was also honored with the People’s Choice award.

“From rugged off-road packages to luxury interior upgrades, the PRO Cup Challenge demonstrates the endless opportunities that exist within the automotive restyling market,” said PRO Director Denise Waddingham. “We look forward to another great competition this year.”

As planning for the 2025 PRO Cup Challenge commences, automotive restylers are encouraged to use the PRO Cup Challenge website (semapcc.com) as a resource for build inspiration and accessing the latest program updates.

The website also includes the build sheets of past years’ competing vehicles that other restylers can replicate to grow their business.

Stay tuned for announcements on 2025 PRO Cup Challenge applications. Until then, follow PRO on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
