The SEMA's Future Leaders Network (FLN) is comprised of individuals within the automotive specialty-equipment industry aged 39 and under. However, once FLN members turn 40, what happens next?
The FLN is excited to announce its new graduation program, recognizing and thanking members who are celebrating their 40th birthdays.
While these members will no longer be part of FLN, SEMA offers many other ways to stay connected within the industry through its other eight Councils and Networks. Graduating members will receive a diploma from the Network congratulating them on their years of service, and information on how to stay involved within SEMA.
Many members of SEMA's Councils and Networks began their careers in the industry as FLN members. These individuals have gone on to become leaders, actively participating in Select Committee and subcommittee volunteer roles for these other communities.
If you are an FLN member who will be celebrating your 40th birthday soon, reach out to Council Director Denise Waddingham, at deniselw@sema.org, for information on how to receive your diploma.
