Networking Takes Center Stage at PRI Show FLN Reception

Networking between FLN members was in full force at the Future Leaders Network (FLN) and Motorsports Parts Manufacturers Council (MPMC) Reception that took place at the 2023 PRI Show in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The event brought together racing professionals, leaders and enthusiasts to learn about each groups' current initiatives, while offering a relaxed atmosphere for members to establish valuable connections with other professionals in the industry.

"The FLN and MPMC Reception brought together members of all ages to celebrate their common passion for the motorsports industry," said FLN Director Denise Waddingham. "It was great to witness the comradery of members as they joined together to share stories, career opportunities and learn from one another."

Select Committee members Emily Boden and Robert Fisher also discussed the benefits of the FLN Professional Development Program, encouraging members to apply.

"I wanted to get a better foundation for communication skills as a young leader," said Fisher, who participated in the program's inaugural class in 2022. "I had an excellent experience in the program and walked away with a lot of invaluable skills that I can take back to my current employer and help me develop myself as a professional leader in the industry."
