The SEMA Future Leaders Network (FLN) has named Jason Buckles--Sales Manager at Bolt Locks by STRATTEC--as the network's newest member of the month.

SEMA News: What is the best advice you have ever received?
Jason Buckles: Try not to burn any bridges. This industry is smaller than you might expect, and you never know where that person you are working with today might pop up next!
SN: What keeps you in the industry?
JB: The people in this industry are what keep me coming back. I get the chance to meet all sorts of different people, from completely different backgrounds, but they are all here because they are passionate about all things automotive.
SN: Where can you be found on a Saturday?
JB: Most recently playing with the kiddos, and trying to enjoy as much time outside before the deep freeze sets in.
SN: How do you prepare for an important meeting?
JB: Outlining my talking points. Whether it is just a list in my notes, to a full-blown presentation, putting together the outline helps me get my thoughts in order. It also helps to make sure that I'm not missing something critical.
SN: If you could go to lunch with one industry leader, living or dead, who would it be?
JB: Jay Leno. To sit down and just hear about what drives his passion for all things automotive, would be amazing.
