The SEMA Automotive Restoration Market Organization (ARMO) is excited to announce that Joanna Agosta Shere of Steele Rubber Products has begun her volunteer term as ARMO Chair. She is joined by Chris Compton of Distinctive Industries as Chair-Elect and Randall Bates of Auto Custom Carpets as Immediate Past Chair.
Jason Chandler of Auto Metal Direct and Gabe Flores of Classic Industries have been elected as new Select Committee members for the 2024-2026 volunteer term.

Jason Chandler
Jason Chander is the Marketing Director at Auto Metal Direct where he is the central figure in shaping the company’s engagement with the muscle car and classic truck industry. In his role, he crafts and executes comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with enthusiasts and customers dedicated to restoring and preserving vintage vehicles.
Chandler has firsthand experience working directly with vendors, manufacturers, and consumers within the industry. He also has social media management experience that has given him immediate insights into the evolving preferences and requirements of the restoration segment, as well as those closely related automotive niches.
Gabe Flores
Gabe Flores is the Brand Manager at Classic Industries where his responsibilities include ad coordination, content direction and creation, media integrations, public relations, and events. Flores has 20 years of immersion in the passion-driven automotive world and living and participating in the automotive lifestyle, for both work and pleasure.
Brand management, marketing, and strategic planning are Flores’s greatest skillsets. We look forward to his big picture thinking, good communication, and innovative thinking that he will bring to ARMO’s leadership.
